Timothy Leistner, an award-winning visual
artist, exhibits his original paintings and fine
art photography extensively. He won the 2009
Individual Leadership Award for the Arts; was
named the 2008 Artist of the Year for Community
Impact Award at the ArtServe Encore Awards;
selected as the Official T-shirt & Poster Design
Artist for the 2007 Art in the Park Art Festival
in Plantation, Florida. His self-portrait was featured
in the Artist’s Palette Magazine, Jan./Feb.,
2009 Edition. He was selected to create art for a
fighter jet helmet for the McDonald’s Air & Sea
Show. The “Timothy Leistner Art Work Space”
artist room was dedicated in his honor in 2008
