JoeBaby Mendozza was born in Morristown, N.J. He received his A.O.S. in Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. 21 years ago he moved to South Florida. He is in the business of booking luxury cruises and can be contacted at www.adventureusdreams.com. JoeBaby has a strong appreciation for the musical arts and enjoys playing guitar. For the past seven years he found his niche in the art world creating mosaics on instruments. He is involved with Lois Pope’s LIFE summer camp program for underprivileged children.
